CenterPoint Fund Accounting - View Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Data

To view analysis/budget data in a monthly format:

  1. In an open analysis/budget, on the Format menu, point to Predefined Layouts, and then click Monthly.
  2. On the Formatting Options tab, in the Data box, select whether you want to view Actual or Budget data. Budget data will only be displayed if a budget(s) was included when the analysis was opened.
  3. In the Values box, select whether you want to view Book or Market values on the Balance Sheet portion of the analysis. The Flow of Funds report and the Income Statement do not have balances on them.
  4. If you want to apply a filter to the view, click Filters and follow the Apply a Filter to a Column procedure. You can filter the data displayed by department, location, tracking number 1, or tracking number 2.
  5. Click OK.

To view analysis/budget data in a quarterly format:

  1. In an open analysis/budget, on the Format menu, point to Predefined Layouts, and then click Quarterly.
  2. On the Formatting Options tab, in the Data box, select whether you want to view Actual or Budget data. Budget data will only be displayed if a budget(s) was included when the analysis was opened.
  3. In the Values box, select whether you want to view Book or Market values on the Balance Sheet portion of the analysis. The Flow of Funds report and the Income Statement do not have balances on them.
  4. If you want to apply a filter to the view, click Filters and follow the Apply a Filter to a Column procedure. You can filter the data displayed by department, location, tracking number 1, or tracking number 2.
  5. Click OK.

  4. If you want to apply a filter to the view, click Filters and follow the Apply a Filter to a Column procedure. You can filter the data displayed by department, location, tracking number 1, or tracking number 2.
  5. Click OK.
